NOTICE
The below notes are for informational purposes only. For further instruction, please refer to
the applicable shop manual procedures.
1) Condensation occurring inside the headlamp/rear combination lamp during or after a car wash
cycle is considered natural occurrence. This condition occurs when water vapor contained
inside the headlamp/rear combination lamp is exposed to sunlight or heat generated by the
bulb. Condition may also occur due to temperature variations inside and outside the headlamp
lens during a car wash.
2) Condensation inside a lamp can be addressed by dehumidification of the moisture by turning
on the lamp for 30 minutes approximately. If moisture continues to remain inside the lens,
further repairs need to be performed on the lamp to address the condition.
