Background
American Honda (AHM) is investigating certain 2014-2015 MDX & RLXs with a complaint that the Malfunction Indicator
Lamp (MIL) is on and DTC P0154 (Front Air Fuel Ratio Sensor [Bank 2, Sensor 1]Heater System Malfunction) or P0134
(Rear Air Fuel Ratio Sensor [Bank 1, Sensor 1]Heater System Malfunction) is stored. To fully understand the cause of
this condition, AHM would like to collect specific information from the vehicle prior to any repair.
Qualifiers
AHM is interested ONLY if the vehicle meets the following requirements:
1. DTC P0154 or P0134 must be stored.
