Background
American Honda (AHM) is investigating certain 2014-2015 RLXs with a complaint of the Malfunction Indicator Lamp
(MIL) on with the DTC P0154 (Front Air Fuel Ratio Sensor [Bank 2, Sensor 1] Heater System Malfunction) or P0134
(Rear Air Fuel Ratio Sensor [Bank 1, Sensor 1] Heater System Malfunction) stored. To fully understand the cause of this
condition, AHM would like to collect specific parts from the vehicle prior to your attempting any repair.
Qualifiers
AHM is interested ONLY if the vehicle meets the following requirements:
1. DTC P0154 or P0134 must be stored.
Action Required
If you have or know of such a vehicle, please call Technical Research & Support (TRS) Group at 800-880-1072. TRS
will need to record certain vehicle information and provide you with further instructions.
