 No relevant event entry is found in the Engine control module (ECM) (J623) (address word 0001) or
Climatronic control module (J255) (address word 0008).
Technical Background
Air is in cooling system circuit.
Production Solution
Improved lower coolant hose with check valve.
Service
1.
Remove cap at coolant expansion tank.
2.
Tape left fender around headlight opening to protect paint.

Replace hose with check valve.
