Symptom
The yellow warning message "Engine fan failure, Avoid full engine load, Driving permitted" appears in the
multi-function display.
Cause:
Moisture seeping into the engine-compartment blower causes corrosion and the engine-compartment
blower can fail as a result.

The optimized engine-compartment blower has been installed during production since May 20, 2016.
