Technical Background
2015 Gen III TDI AdBlue® Light, SCR Light ON, may set DTC P208B or display no faults due to system repair.
SCR line heater circuits need to be re -initialized in the ECM. Heater circuit 1 for SCR tank and pump, heater circuit 2
SCR lines -Z104- need to be selected in output diagnostic mode through control module OBD. Activating the SCR
heater circuits clears learned values in the ECM allowing the SCR light to be reset with no parts replacement needed.

Using O.D.I.S.:

Navigate to control module OBD (Can be performed KOEO at this point)
Output Diagnosis
Adaptation heater circuit and adaptation heater circuit 2
Click forward button, bottom right, 2 times.
From measured values list, select IDE: 03133, 03137, 03134 and 03138
Click forward button again.
Activate both heater circuits, verify amperage and voltage change.
Start the vehicle, go to measured value for particle filt.inlet temp.sens. 1 bank 1, raw value IDE: 07716. Sensor
must be at 150°C (run until this temp is met or exceeded)
9) Go to Guided Functions, Adap. value, SCR system.
10) Select Resetting adapt. values of reduction agent sys.,comp.change.
Note:
Test may take up to 2 minutes with vehicle running.
11) Select MV IDE: 11220 SCR current status and IDE: 10241 Reducing agent pump module relative press. calculated.
Note:
Vehicle must be running and MV particle filt.inlet temp.sens. 1 bank 1, raw value IDE: 07716 still at least 150°C.
12) When IDE: 11220 SCR current status goes to pressure control and IDE: 10241 Reducing agent pump module
relative press. calculated reads approximate 6 bar, system is operating to specification.
13) Road test vehicle to ensure AdBlue light goes out.
