Technical Background
The folds of the outer CV joint rubber boots can touch each other when the steering wheel is turned.
Production Solution
Not applicable.
Service
1. Protect adjacent components with spray.
2. Inform customer the condition only occurs when the vehicle is new, and that the noises disappear after time.
