Condition
• Some telephone numbers that were downloaded via Bluetooth® are stored with additional, unrelated numbers
that do not appear in the contact on the customer’s cellular phone.
• These telephone numbers are displayed
incorrectly on the radio display (Figure 1).

SVM Update Instructions
1. Follow all instructions in the attached TSB, 2011732: 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating
instructions.
2. Check the software version of the Handsfree Phone Preparation control module (address word 77). If it is
version 0650, update the software of the control module (address word 77) using the SVM action code as listed
in the table below, if necessary. If the software version is not SW 0650, this TSB does not apply, and further
analysis is necessary.
