Model(s) Year VIN Range Vehicle-Specific Equipment A6/A7, S4, S5, S5 Cabrio, Q7 2010-2012 All 3.0 FSI Engine Q5 2010-2012 All 3.2 FSI AVS engine Condition • MIL on. • One of the following DTCs is stored in the engine control module (ECM), J623 (address word 01): • DTC P1196(00) (Fault for Lambda Sensor Heater Circuit) • DTC P1197(00) (Fault for Lambda Sensor Heater Circuit) • DTC P0135(00) (Fault for Lambda Sensor Heater Circuit) Technical Background Not applicable. Production Solution No changes in production have been made, as no issues have been identified. Service Audi of America is requesting your cooperation in supplying us with technical information regarding this condition. 1. Verify that one of the following DTCs is stored in the ECM: DTC P1196(00), DTC P1197(00), or DTC P0135(00). 2. Contact a TAC consultant before proceeding. Do not delete the DTCs. 3.
