Some 2015-2017MY Sienna owners may have a concern with the inability of customizing their outer
mirrors when shifting the vehicle to Reverse (“R” position). The owner’s manual describes the ability to
customize the outer mirror positions when the vehicle is in reverse. An excerpt of the manual is shown
below.
RECOMMENDATIONS
On 2015-17 Sienna models equipped with this feature, the side mirrors cannot be customized to a
specific memorized angle when the shift lever is in the “R” position. The text highlighted above is
incorrect for this model.
