The entertainment center on the "19K" model is located to the left as you enter the RV.
Fig 2: Open the cabinet door on the entertainment center to access the DVD player.

Fig 3: Use a plastic putty stick to gently remove the plastic bezel from the front of the DVD player.
Fig 4: Remove the 4 screws( 2 on left, 2 on right) on the DVD player.

Note the two female and two male RCA jacks on the isolator. ( red and white)
Fig 6: Pull the DVD player out of the cabinet, and turn it around to access the back side.
Locate the two audio RCA jacks (red & white) under the subwoofer output on the back of the player.

Fig 7: Unplug the two right angle RCA jacks (red/white) shown in Fig 6, and plug them into the Isolator female RCA jacks.
Match the colors red to red, white to white.
Fig 8: Plug the male RCA jacks from the Ground Loop Isolator into the two RCA jacks in the back of the DVD Player underneath
the subwoofer output. Red one goes closest to the subwoofer plug.

Replace the DVD Player back in the cabinet. Replace the 4 screws holding the DVD Player to the cabinet.
NOTE: Do not overtighten the screws as they can crack the mounting ears.
Snap the plastic bezel back on the DVD Player covering the screws.
Close the entertainment center cabinet.

Jayco has determined that certain Model Year 2016 Seismic Fifth Wheels require installation of
a ground loop isolator between the TV and radio to eliminate audio noise
Our records indicate that the following units are currently stock at your dealership and are
included in this Bulletin and require the repair prior to being retail sold:

The coverage period for this Technical Service Bulletin is for one (1) year from the release
of this notification. (February 2016- February 2017). If you have sold this affected vehicle,
please contact the current owner regarding this Service Bulletin and process the Warranty
Registration for this customer. All pertinent information regarding this Bulletin is on file under
the Service and Parts Tab of Jayco Partners. If you have questions regarding this Service

authorization to have the procedure completed at no cost to you.
