Description: This bulletin describes the procedure to determine if the vehicle’s head unit needs to be
replaced as a result of the temperature not displaying correctly on the screen.
SYMPTOM(S)
Temperature doesn’t display correctly when over 100°F
Applicable Vehicles: 15MY-16MY Azera (HG) equipped with AVN 4.0
Warranty Information: Normal Warranty applies where applicable.

Confirm symptom(s)
NOTICE
This can be confirmed by checking the HU
software version. If the HU software version is
below ST.HG.USA.E469.150810, then the
vehicle is affected.
Action(s)
Replace the Head Unit or Perform a map update.
