Assistance diagnosing selective catalitic reduction (scr) adblue pressure faults P20E8, P208B, P218F and P249C

2015 Golf, Golf Sportwagen, Jetta, Passat, Beetle, with Engine
Codes CVCA/CRUA 2.0L TDI. Adblue® Pressure Faults P20E8,
P208B, P218F, P249C
AdBlue® pump pressure faults, control range/performance P20E8, P208B. Before replacing the AdBlue®
pump, please inspect all lines from the AdBlue® pump to the dosing valve under the hood. Check the rear
line where it meets the front line under the vehicle. There is a protective cover, item 8 in figure below, that
will need to be removed to inspect the AdBlue® line. If there are any leaks in the AdBlue® system, the
system will be unable to be reset. Fault codes P218F and or P249C may set after a repair is performed
and there is still a leak. Please see figure below for line connection. Or refer to Repair Manual Group 23,
Selective Catalytic Reduction System / Overview-Reducing Agent Delivery Line in Elsa. . Once the repair
is completed, get the vehicle up to operating temp. Particle filter outlet temperature sensor 1, bank 1 raw
value must be more than 150 C. Then go to ECM control module OBD adaptation, select Adaptation for
metering quantity adjustment. Change value from a 4 to a 2, click apply. Then perform basic settings for
(1) Resetting adaptation values of reduction agent sys. comp. change. Click on the blue forward button
2X's, then select measured values for status of basic settings. Click the blue forward button again. Left
click on Resetting adapt. values of reduction agent system, comp. change. Click start and you will
see basic settings ended. Then road test until the MFI message miles to no start goes out.
