To aid in diagnosing the high-voltage (HV) battery of the Audi Q5 Hybrid, Audi of America is pleased to
inform you of the release and automatic delivery of the Audi Q5 Hybrid Minimum Required Tools (MRT)
Shipment.
Starting September 23, 2015, every Audi dealer will be shipped one AT-378 Audi Q5 Hybrid Special Tool
Package, Freight F.O.B. Snap-On OEM and invoiced directly by the Audi Special Tools Program (Snap-On
Business Solutions - SBS).
For dealers that wish to order additional AT-378 Special Tool Packages, please notify the Audi Tools and
Equipment program by contacting us at 800-892-9650. Additional orders will be filled with remaining stock
in the order received.

(†) VAS5581/3A – Diagnostic Box - Adapter Cable
Used in conjunction with the VAS5581, the adapter cable is
required for diagnosis of the high voltage battery.
NOTE: VAS5581 Diagnostic Test Box will be shipped as
part of Audi Sportback e-tron tool package AT377.
