CONDITION
Some 2015-2017 MY Sienna vehicles’ front door glass run could be pulling out of the upper
B-pillar corner while operating the window.
RECOMMENDATIONS
Create a report for any vehicles identified with the condition described above. Be sure to leave the
glass run in its current installed condition for the details requested in the next section.
Include in the report a picture of the glass run’s install condition into the front and rear lower glass
guide located within the inner and outer door panel.
To access this area for the picture:
• Operate window to full raised position.
• Turn off vehicle.
• Follow repair manual instructions to temporarily remove door trim panel (see page 2).
• Carefully pull away the clear plastic vapor barrier.
• Insert camera into an exposed hole on the door inner panel and take a picture of the glass run’s
install condition into the lower glass guide at the front and rear of the door (see example on
page 2).
Add this picture to the report and detail the install condition. Once done, proceed with normal
diagnosis/repair.
