Dear Audi Owner or Lessee,
As part of Audi's settlements with the United States Department of Justice (DOJ), Environmental Protection
Agency (EPA), the California Air Resources Board (CARB), the California Attorney General’s Office (CAAG), the
Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Class Counsel, we are informing you that an emissions modification is
now available for your Model Year 2014-2016 3.0L TDI vehicle (GEN 2 PC). The emissions modification for your
vehicle has been approved by the EPA and CARB. The purpose of this booklet is to inform you of that approval
and provide you with information on how you can take the next steps.
If you are the lessor and registered owner of the vehicle identified in this action, please forward this letter
immediately via first-class mail to the lessee within ten (10) days of receipt. If you have changed your address or
sold the vehicle, please fill out the enclosed prepaid Owner Reply card and mail it to us so we may update our
records.
