Warranty information.
This communication is to remind dealers that photographs submitted to the IN-FORM tool must clearly
show the required information. Claims with photographs that are not clear or that are incorrect will not be
accepted, and Audi Warranty will cancel the claim.
When photographing labels: Acceptable label photographs should be taken at an appropriate distance
from the labels. The photographs should clearly show the label, as well as the placement of the label on
the vehicle.

Warranty Communication
When photographing the VIN plate with Service Manager’s business card: Ensure that the business card
and VIN plate are both in the frame, and that both can be read clearly.
