Introduction
Some 2007 – 2014 model year FJ Cruiser vehicles may exhibit a condition where the driver’s seat
bottom cushion height set position gradually lowers, requiring the seat to be adjusted back to the
desired position. Replace the seat frame assembly to address this condition.

APPLICABLE WARRANTY
• This repair is covered under the Toyota Basic Warranty. This warranty is in effect for 36 months
or 36,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the vehicle’s in-service date.
• Warranty application is limited to occurrence of the specified condition described in
this bulletin.
Repair Procedure
1. Confirm the seat bottom does NOT maintain a set vertical position.
2. After confirming applicability of the parts to the specific vehicle, replace the Front Seat
Frame Assembly.
