Cause:
Possibly customer abuse / road damage
Remedy:
Before replacement of the cooling fan please gather the following information and create a PTSS case:
(1) Picture of the entire vehicle (side profile)
(2) Picture of auxilary compressor, generator, etc in engine belt drive system (if applicable)
(3) Photo of belt drive system (if different than OEM non aux setup)
(4) Picture of upfitter label or name of upfitter (if applicable)
(5) Belt part number and length/number of ribs
(6) Part number on auxilary A/C compressor / generator / alternator, etc (if applicable)
(7) List of other devices within the belt drive system (if different than standard OEM)
(8) Applicable Xentry data (fault codes, duty cycle from fan clutch (if applicable), etc)
