Service
For 2.0 L and 3.0 L engines, do not replace the ECM for this fault.
For 2.0 L engine, erase DTC and the improved software is scheduled for CW 22/18.
For 3.0 L engine, do not contact Technical Assistance Center (TAC) unless the problem persists after the
software update or if there is a problem with the SVM process below.
1. Follow all instructions in TSB 2011732: 00 Software Version Management (SVM), operating instructions.
2. Update the engine control module using the SVM action code as listed in the table below if necessary:
