Subarunet Announcement To: All Subaru Dealers From: Subaru of America, Inc. Date: December 22, 2017 Subject: Removal of Certain Fujitsu 10 Audio / Navigation Update Files from Subarunet The following update files have been temporarily removed from Subarunet due to potential quality concerns with the 2nd file used in those updates. Retailers are requested to take the following action: • If any of the following Fujitsu 10 Audio / Navigation files have been downloaded and saved locally, please discontinue their use and delete them immediately If you have a head unit that was unable to complete the update while using one of these 2nd files, recovery will be possible once corrected files have been released. SOA and SBR are currently working to resolve these concerns and will post corrected files as quickly as possible. A follow up Subarunet announcement will be made as soon as this is accomplished. We apologize for any inconvenience resulting from this concern.
