CONDITION
Some customers may complain about a MIL “ON” with a P0A80 DTC. In these cases, the HV Battery
would need to be replaced. Along with the HV Battery replacement, the cooling system filter will need
either cleaning or replacement. This TT provides information about the HV Battery cooling system
filter.
RECOMMENDATIONS



For vehicles produced prior to Sep. 2013 install a new filter G923G-52010
For vehicles produced after Sep. 2013 clean the dust off filter
Remove “Front Floor Cover for inspection” under rear seat on the driver side to inspect the filter
Filter mounted on the blower
Remove filter for cleaning
New tighter mesh filter was
implemented in Sep. 2013
