Issue:
Injector Refit Kit (Service Part number: T2H33724) is shipped with
BOSCH installation instruction sheet.
Installation instructions are incorrect on the BOSCH installation sheet.
Affected Vehicle Range
All vehicles fitted with INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol engine.
Cause:
Installation instructions are NOT in the correct order on the
BOSCH installation sheet.
This leads to injector seals being damaged upon assembly.
Action:
1. Do NOT use BOSCH installation instruction supplied with Injector
Refit Kit (Service Part number: T2H33724.
2. Follow TOPIx Workshop Manual 303-04C: Fuel Charging and
Controls - INGENIUM I4 2.0L Petrol - Removal and Installation:
Fuel Injectors.
Technicians - Please rate this SSM and provide comments so that
future communications can be improved.
1 = Poor – Basic information provided – The SSM does not help me
resolve the customer concern.
3 = Average – Adequate information provided – The SSM partially
helps me resolve the customer concern.
5 = Excellent – All required information provided to resolve the
