Vibration When Braking
This message is solely directed to Honda dealership personnel; please handle accordingly.

Background
American Honda (AHM) is investigating certain 2010 & 2013 Accord V6s, Pilots & Odysseys with a complaint of the
steering wheel vibration and pulsation/vibration in the front brake when braking. To fully understand the cause of this
condition, AHM would like to collect specific parts from the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.
Qualifiers
AHM is interested ONLY if the vehicle meets the following requirements:
1. Must be able to duplicate the vibration in the steering wheel and the pulsation/vibration in the front brake.
2. Note the vehicle speed when this issue occurs
3. Mileage must be less than 60,000 miles.
4. If the vehicle has already had a repair on the front brakes, the last repair history must be priovided.
Action Required
If you have or know of such a vehicle, please call Technical Research & Support (TRS) Group at 800-880-1072. TRS will
need to record certain vehicle information and provide you with further instructions.
