Information:
The affected vehicles were not filled with window cleaning fluid at the factory because the
window cleaning fluid is not currently available.
For this reason, the washer fluid reservoir on the affected vehicles was only partly filled with water.
Remedial
Action:
Before vehicle delivery to customers, the washer fluid reservoir must be filled with a window cleaning
fluid listed in the EPA Inventory during the sales check.

Only the vehicles assigned to the campaign (see PIWIS Vehicle Information). This campaign affects 2,335
vehicles in North America.

Only use window cleaning fluid that is available on the local market and do not use window cleaning fluid
with a Porsche part number until further notice.
The window cleaner concentrates must meet the following requirements:

Fill the washer fluid reservoir with window cleaning agent with the mixture ratio 1:100.
•
Mixture ratio 1:100 = 1 part window cleaner concentrate to 100 parts water (for summer filling)
or 100 parts water/antifreeze mix (for winter filling).
The washer fluid reservoir was pre-filled with 2 liters of water. Depending on vehicle type and
equipment, the following quantities of window cleaner concentrate are therefore required:
