Issue The pipe at the oxygen sensor fitting location was not drilled out and will not allow the oxygen sensor to be installed. The parts affected have date code 0917335 on the label. Corrective Action Return parts with date code 0917335 and reorder. Include the following for any returns that need to be made: 1. Write up part on warranty credit request, mark "other" at top of page and reference bulletin #WLK052418 2. Send a copy of the packlist to: Warranty Department, One International Dr, Monroe, MI 48161 3. Mark pipe label "Attn: Quality Control" with permanent marker. 4. All affected product must be returned to Quality Control at the following address with packlist: Tenneco Inc. Attn: Quality Control 3160 Abbott Lane Harrisonburg, VA 22801 Hole for oxygen sensor fitting not drilled out in pipe.
