Existing parameters for gear adjustment did not accomodate gearboxes equipped with
Cause
crawler gears. This functionality was added in a recent Software Update.

The adjustment of the parameters below do not affect the default start gear. Changing the parameters
will change the highest gear a driver can manually shift to using the gear selector for pulling off from a
stop when under different load and surface conditions. The selected gear will return to default if the
transmission shifts into high range or the key is cycled.
These parameters will be introduced with the AMT-F software update, available after 25 June 2018. The new
software part number will be 23344747.
The parameters for maximum selectable gear in automatic and manual modes is dependent on
the model of the transmisson. Refer to the chart below for the correct parameters and values for
each model.
