after starting vehicle with a phone paired concerns
- Please refer to PIC6325 for IOR Infotainment system blank display and/or no audio concerns
*NOTE B: Due to the issues outlined in bulletins 17-NA-294 and 17-NA-404, it is not required
to call TAC for Radio Control/Display/ICS (Integrated Center Stack) replacement approval on
2018 Traverse models built prior to 11/20/2017 with Infotainment RPO IO5 or IO6. It is still
required to call TAC for approval to order other infotainment components and for Traverse
models built 11/20/2017 or after.

Condition / Concern
US Dealers - E ective 3/8/2018 the components below will be placed on restriction through the General Motors
Technical Assistance Center only for the 2018 models listed above. Please review recommendations below prior
to contacting TAC at (877)446-8227 (US).

Recommendations / Instructions
Please see the list of components below for current TAC part restrictions applicable to the 2018 models listed
above. A TAC case should not be required to order these parts for previous model year vehicles even if they are
the same part number as the 2018 models listed above.

Depending on the concern, TAC may require additional information. Refer to PIC6095 for component
identi cation and use the vehicle VIN when searching for the replacement part number in the parts catalog.
