Complaint:
Check engine light illuminated in Instrument Cluster.
Cause:
FSCU software requires update.
Remedy:
1.) No parts need to be replaced.
2.) Please follow the guided tests for fault code P008700 and P008A00. The SW for the FSCU has to be updated; not
the ME CU SW.
3.) Ensure guided tests are being performed with Xentry DVD 09/2017 with AddOn 8873 / DVD 12/2017 with AddOn
8874 or Newer.
