***** Parts Update *****
100% of retailer inventory parts need was automatically shipped to affected retailers the
week of July 23, 2018.
The purpose of this update is to inform retailers that 14035-5NA0A Intake Manifold
Gaskets are on temporary parts restriction. Intake manifold gaskets may be incorrectly
packaged and a PDC stock check is currently in progress to confirm. If necessary, retailers
may place a replacement order via DBS as an SVC order type only.
Orders will be filled as parts become available on a first in, first out basis. Retailers should
ensure that the correct part numbers and quantities are ordered for each VIN. Retailers
can refer to IPSB16-384 for specific ordering instructions.
As mentioned above, retailers should already have enough parts to repair affected
inventory need with the exception of any incorrectly packaged 14035-5NA0A Intake
Manifold Gaskets.
Any parts necessary for this repair that are not restricted will need to be placed separately
via normal ordering process.
