They may also note that this only seems to occur when playing songs via iHeart or Pandora. Cause This may be the result of an instrument panel software concern. Correction: Note: This PI applies to Instrument Panel Cluster RPO UDD only. If vehicle is not equipped with UDD follow normal diagnostics. If this concern is reported, check for DTCs. If DTCs are present, this PI does not apply and normal SI diagnosis should be followed. If no DTCs are present, this is the only concern, and it occurs intermittently, do not replace any parts as engineering is currently evaluating the concern. Once a solution is developed, a related bulletin will be released with repair instructions.
