CAUSE:
This may be caused by a front overhead console tolerance issue.
ACTION:

Rattles kit, and must be claimed using ZZZ001.

Remove the trim cover.

CAUTION:
The conductive rubber strips may become loose/dislodged from their correct position
when removing the circuit board; make sure they are not lost when removing the circuit
board.

The black rubber strip should be installed in the center, with the pink rubber strips installed
on the outside.

Make sure the conductive rubber strips make contact with the lower conducting element.

The front overhead console may have 4 or 5 buttons; 4-button version shown.
White buttons require modification; gray buttons do not require modification.

Visually inspect the color of the 4 or 5 front overhead console buttons.
If all the buttons are gray, this is not the cause of the Customers concern.
Go to step 11.
If any of the buttons are white, go to Step 7.

Cut a patch (13 mm X 4 mm) from the 0.5 mm felt sheet in the Jaguar Land Rover Squeaks &
Rattles kit.

Remove the backing from the patch.

Install the 0.5 mm felt patch into this button as shown.
