If this is the case, there may be a chemical reaction and this will damage the coating on the moulding. Remedial Action: Check side window in the C-pillar area and replace it if necessary. Affected Vehicles: Only the vehicles assigned to the campaign (see also PIWIS Vehicle information). This campaign affects 3 vehicles in North America. (only if required) Checking side window and replacing it if necessary Work Procedure: 1 2 Clean both mouldings in the marked area Cleaning side window -arrow- on the side window using a clean cloth and isopropanol and leave them to dry off. Illuminate mouldings in the marked area using a shop light and check for discolouration or signs of damage on the coating of the mouldings. Assess the surface quality in accordance with the limit sample catalog Checking and assessing moulding.
