No DTCs or warning messages are present on the instrument panel and the vehicle is otherwise behaving as expected. Cause: Software compatibility between ABS and PCM software can result in some irregularities in the management of brake requests between friction brakes and regenerative braking. Action: Check the vehicle for any DTCs, particularly on ABS, BBM, PCM, BCCM, and BECM modules. If any DTCs are present then follow TOPIx diagnostic procedures. Check software level on PCM, if the suffix of the Vehicle Manufacturer ECU Software Number is GAM then perform a full software update to latest level. (Please find supporting Pathfinder screen shot attached: X590 PCM sw information.jpg) If issue is still present, conduct a physical check of brake system pipework for any areas where pipes clash with body structure or are not correctly mounted in the relevant pipe clips.
