This TIN is being revised to announce the resolution of the software update issue.
AFFECTED VEHICLES: 2018 Outlander PHEV
PURPOSE
The communication problem with the software update in TSB-18-54-005 described in TIN18-54-004 released October 3, 2018 has now been resolved with MEDIC Update 558, being
released today, October 4, 2018. This update will deploy the latest software database, version
SEW18061-02.
Once your MEDIC is at Update 558 (or later), then the flash outlined in TSB-18-54-005 can be
completed.
