These parts will be marked with either of these two auxiliary part numbers: 8K0 906 253 K 8K0 906 253 L If the technician installs 8K0 906 253 K, DME fault P202400 (Tank leakage diagnosis module: signal line) will set and possibly illuminate the MIL. If the technician installs 8K0 906 253 L, the system operates as designed. Figure 1 Service Information There was a parts supply error and incorrect parts were stocked. Do not install parts with auxiliary part number 8K0 906 253 K. File a PTAR and request assistance from PCNA.
