DESCRIPTION:
If vibrations occur due to issues with tires or wheels, follow the advice under Service and Vehicle
Report.
SERVICE:
In case of vibrations, please follow TJ 20803 to establish the if the vibrations are coming from
powertrain components or from wheels/tires.
If analysis indicate that the vibrations are coming from the wheels/tires, then follow TJ 32161.
Request: For vehicles M/Y 2018 and later which not been involved in any previous accident; Please
submit a Vehicle Report in TIE, please fill in applicable answers in questionnaire, it will help Volvo to
understand the problems behind wheel vibrations better.
VEHICLE REPORT:
Yes, please submit a Vehicle Report if workshop has been able to solve a case including tire/wheel
vibrations.
Include answers from the attached Word file.
Use concern area “Vehicle Report” and sub concern area “Support not needed”, use function group
7726.
