Code VIN Range From VIN Range To All Models 2018-2019 All All All All Technical Background Some new vehicles equipped with the MIB2 navigation system “Discover“ media may experience a situation upon selecting navigation. An error stating “Invalid navigation data” or the navigation information will not load. Service Ensure that the SD card for the vehicle was not swapped with an incorrect SD card for the vehicle. If the correct SD card is present: Scan the vehicle with the most current version of ODIS Service. Perform the test plan for “Function clearing (FES)” located under the special functions tab. Perform option #2 and when completed, submit the most current log to GFF paperless. Create a VTA (phone or web), to review the information from the test plan. Be sure to include the part number of the SD card that is currently installed to the VTA ticket information.
