PURPOSE
This bulletin contains important new model service
information and features for the 2019 Outlander
PHEV (U.S. models only). Review the details that follow
to familiarize yourself regarding new features and
options. Refer to the 2019 Outlander PHEV Service
Manual on MEDIC, MDL, or CD (p/n MSCD-027B-2019),
and the Owner's Manual for details on these and other
features.

The front driver and passenger seats on all 2019
Outlander PHEV models have been redesigned with
larger support bolsters to provide more support and
comfort.

The instrument panel, floor console, and door trim panels have been redesigned with a high grade
modern look.
New Black Headliner and Pillars
Now standard for the interior of all 2019 Outlander PHEV are black headliner and pillars.
New Gray Premium Leather Interior
Now available for all 2019 Outlander PHEV is a new gray premium leather interior (replaces the
previously available brown leather interior).

Rear Seat A/C Vents
All 2019 Outlander PHEV models are now equipped
with A/C vents on the back of the floor console,
providing more comfort for rear seat passengers.
Rear USB port
Now standard on all 2019 Outlander PHEV is a single
USB port located on the back of the floor console,
adding more convenience for rear seat passengers.

Front USB Port Relocated to Front Lower Dash
Also standard on all 2019 Outlander PHEV models,
the front USB port has been relocated to the front
lower dash. (Dual USB ports inside the floor console
have been eliminated in exchange for the new
locations.)

New S-AWC Graphic Display
For all 2019 Outlander PHEV models, the graphic
display for Super All Wheel Control (S-AWC) in the
MID has been updated.
VEHICLE DYNAMICS
Several enhancements and improvements have been made to vehicle dynamics on all 2019
Outlander PHEV models, adding to a better riding experience for driver and passengers.
Improved Stability, Ride Comfort, Handling With Changes to Steering & Shock Absorbers
Stability, ride comfort, and handling have been improved with changes to:
