Issue: Jaguar I-PACE front suspension noise on Air Active derivative (Air spring and active damper)
when driving over speed bumps.
Cause: Noise coming from rebound spring release on Air CVD dampers.
Action: No action required - please do not replace units with new components. Engineering Permanent
Corrective Action (internal damper modification) for Service parts will be introduced in week 51.
Technicians - Please rate this SSM and provide comments so that future communications can be
improved.
