Workshop findings:
The following DTC is stored in the engine control module, J623 (address word 0001):
 DTC P050A00 (Cold Start Idle Air Control System Performance).
Technical Background
On some of the vehicles it is possible that the throttle body is unable to lower the engine idle during catalyst warm
up. This is caused by incorrect basic settings for the throttle body stored in the engine control module, not due to
a component defect.
Production Solution
Not applicable.
Service
1. Erase the DTC stored in the engine control module, J623 (address word 0001).
2. Using Guided Fault Finding, perform the test plan for throttle body adaption.
Note:
Do not replace the throttle body.
