Programming DME control unit if it needs to be replaced.
Information
•
Select and program the correct data record in the 'Coding/programming' menu.
•
Select the "Program immobilizer code" function in the 'Maintenance/repairs' menu and
•
Enter the 6-character programming code documented in the PIWIS information system under "Enter
new DME programming code" and press •F12“ to confirm.
•
Enter the 16-character immobilizer code documented in the PIWIS information system under "Enter
new immobilizer code" and press •F12“ to confirm.
 Follow the other instructions on PIWIS Tester 3.
NOTICE
Incorrect immobilizer code
•
DME control unit will be damaged.

The immobilizer code must match the code in the alarm control unit.

Get this from the PIWIS information system.
