Please discard PIC30745E. The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI. Condition / Concern A customer may experience poor reception or no XM signal, with sunroof fully opened. Because the sunroof travels over the XM antenna at the rear of the roof, the signal may be blocked. This is a characteristic of this antenna and sunroof system. Please review the vehicle owner's manual for further details on system operation. Recommendations / Instructions If you experience signal performance issues on XM band only with the sunroof open, move the sunroof forward enough to allow the XM Radio a direct signal from a satellite or repeater to the antenna. If the signal performance issue is corrected, no further action is required. Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step.
