Engineering has identified that many concerns related to this investigation have been resolved with the radio
software update 20.11. Many vehicles have already received this software via an Over-the-Air update. Ensure that
the radio software is on 20.11 or GREATER. Reference technical service bulletin 18-NA-195: Radio Module
Software Update 20.11 for instructions on identifying the radio software version and how to perform the radio
software update.
