Technical Bulletin Technical Background An insufficient PCU ground connection in the ABS Control Module -J104- could cause the module to fail during ABS and/or electronic stability control (ESC) activation. Safety Recall 45F2 updated the ABS control module software in with improved diagnostic capability to detect these faults. Note: After Guided Fault Finding (GFF) has been performed/completed, ensure the log is properly uploaded onto GFF Paperless. Production Solution N/A. Service Note: Recall 45F2 must be complete in ELSA before this TB can be performed. ELSA Vehicle Data screen must show Warranty Key for the ABS Control Module? If Recall 45F2 has been performed and fault code 01130 and/or 16352 remain/return in the ABS Control Module, replace the ABS Control Module -J104- per ELSA instructions. Warranty Note: After Guided Fault Finding (GFF) has been performed/completed, ensure the log is properly uploaded onto GFF Paperless.
