“Right first time in Time”
12 Volt support batteries, part number 30659531, must be maintained 9 months from the month of
manufacture and every 9 months thereafter. To maintain the battery, connect the battery to an appropriate
12V battery charger. Please follow all precautions that apply when charging a larger main lead-acid
battery.
The battery will self-discharge over time and if allowed to be left at a sufficiently low voltage, it will
become permanently damaged. The battery must have a minimum voltage of 9 volts to be installed in a
vehicle.
The battery will have a sticker on the side of the part itself, which will show the
production month (circled in red below). The sticker may be of a different color,
depending on the production month. After recharging the battery, please mark
on the box the date that the battery was maintained.
