AUDI DEALER COMMUNICATION Repair Available – Service Action 19M4 / Coolant Expansion Tank Tensioning Strap This notice is for: Date: Issue: Repair: Notes: Service Manager Parts Manager Service Advisor Warranty Administrator Technicians March 28, 2019 In certain vehicles, the coolant expansion tank may develop cracks over time. • REPAIR AVAILABLE – March 29, 2019: Install an additional tensioning strap to the coolant expansion tank. • Repair instructions available in ELSA/ServiceNet • Check daily campaign open inventory report or OMD for affected vehicles in inventory Repair every affected inventory vehicle before delivery to consumers. • Parts Department: Dealer Principal General Manager Sales Managers Dealers will be sent an initial allocation prior to customer notification. Parts will be managed with a weekly Upper Order Limit.
