Workshop findings:
 The TopView camera system does
not work after deactivating the
transport mode.
 The picture of the TopView
cameras is black in the MMI
screen.
 All views are affected.
 Please compare Figure 1 to the
surrounding area view.

The following DTCs may be stored in the control module for driver assist systems, J1121 (address word 00A5):
 DTC B13B901 (video cable for information electronics 1 - electric fault).
 DTC U105400 (Infotainment control unit 1, no communication).
Technical Background
The MMI is deactivated in transport mode.
As a result, there are no video signals when initializing the control module for driver assist systems.

1. After deactivating the transport mode, perform a CAN bus sleep on the vehicle by unplugging the diagnostic
dongle, close all the doors, and wait approximately five minutes.
2. Afterwards the TopView camera system works properly again.
