Complaint:
Following the replacement or a software update of the CPA control unit, the following message appears in the instrument cluster after engine start: "Collision Prevention Assist Inoperative".
Note:
The following code (DTC) is logged in the CPA control unit (A90):
- U0423FA
and/or
The following DTC is logged in the instrument cluster (IC) control unit (A1):
- U11A687.
Cause:
Data entry error in XENTRY.
Remedy:
Recommissioning of the CPA control unit.
Note:
For this, the following addon must be installed:
- Addon no. 7595 for XENTRY DVD 05/2017.
