Customer Voice:
– Vehicle has various faults and messages on the IPC after programming
Actions:
– Although under show room and normal conditions the 12v system is maintained
by either the DC/DC converter or as the vehicle charges, the vehicle still
requires a 12v battery maintainer when programming. It is suggested to put a
maintainer on the aux 12v battery in addition, especially when programming HV
related modules to avoid possible HV component damage.
– The vehicle should also not be connected to a charger when programming.
Much like a regular ICE vehicle, one would not (under normal circumstances)
fuel the vehicle whilst programming. Pathfinder does alert when it is absolutely
imperative to remove any HV chargers from the vehicle, but it should be
assumed that a 12v maintainer is part of normal programming process.
